Start Hotspot’s Credit Card payment module helps you to save time and resources by allowing the customer to create and pay for network access directly from their device. Payment gateway feature actually allows you to automate Signup process from the Splash page.

WiFi Billing includes several account types.

• User / Pass– Customers register for a username and password, payment is done up front. A customer then can use the account until a time and/or bandwidth quota run out. The account can be refilled with quota and/or time using a refill.
• Login code – This type of account works exactly like a User / Pass account, except it uses alphanumeric code instead of username and password.
• Refills – Refills are used to add more time or bandwidth quota to an already existing user account. Customers can also use refill to login, which is automatically converted into a full-featured account.

If the guest needs high-speed access, desired Internet plan should be selected and paid with a credit card.

Payments

Credit card processing option is very important if you want to automate your business. Visitors who are willing to use your services can sign up for username and password, choose an Internet plan and pay with their credit card. The processing occurs within seconds and your customers are able to continue using your services.

Those transactions are visible from Payments panel.

WiFi Revenue

Most important information that you need and based on which you can see your business results are details available from Payments – Revenue panel.
Based on Location and Revenue date interval you will get WiFi Location Revenue list with the revenue data based on WiFi location for the selected time period.

• Revenue By Location diagram shows your locations and revenue made for the selected time period.
• Revenue by date gives revenue details per day based selected time period.
