Video Ads

Start Hotspot can display location-based video ads or fully-featured campaigns that target customers by age, gender, and interest. Our system enables you to set one or multiple Video ads which can be rotated each time the guest is connected.
Having seen a video advertisement, a guest will be offered to connect to the Internet and visit the web page with a special offer.

A minimum watching duration can be specified, after which the guest may skip the video and proceed to the landing page which contains a special offer, registration or just a welcome note.

Video may play on the customer device from our CDN or YouTube.

Campaigns

Start Hotspot helps you run different marketing strategies to maximize revenue from your WiFi. You will get customer email and full name so you can craft campaigns that engage and deliver results.

Place targeted campaigns on your Splash page. Put the latest promotion, offer discounts, collect guest surveys or display coupon to be redeemed at a retail store.

You may run different campaigns featuring different brands, and bill by a number of impressions, expiration date, or budget.

Email Campaign

Send promo Email marketing campaigns automatically when a guest connects or leaves the premise, to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue.

After successfully signing in to the WiFi network, the system can send a welcome email to the user with basic information about your enterprise. After a couple of days, you can send an email with special offers, promotions or discounts.

Once you design your email template (or customize default template), you can select target recipients, schedule Email campaign delivery time or send as soon as it’s ready.

Create a new Email campaign

• Go to the Marketing / Email campaign panel and press + New email campaign button.

• Set Email campaign Name and Choose Email Template.
You can select Blank email or some of predefined, then press Continue button.

• Set Email campaign Subject, Sender email and make needed changes to the loaded template using Email Content editor.
