Email Campaign

It is very important to stay in touch with your users.

Email campaigns help you send informational and marketing emails to your customers.

From the Email Campaign panel is visible previously configured Email campaigns with details: Name, Subject and Send later.

Search button gives you the ability to perform it based on the same details.
Using the Configuration button is possible to Delete or Edit the campaign.

Create Email campaign

To create a new email campaign press on + New email campaign button.

Set Email campaign Name and Choose Email Template.
You can select Blank email or some of predefined, then press Continue button.

Set email campaign Subject, Sender email and make needed changes to the loaded template using Email Content editor.

You can specify an exact date when email campaign will be sent using Send Later option and to test the look of email using Send Test Email option.

If you want to send Email Campaign to the customers on specific WiFi location, enable Select location and choose WiFi location. Email Campaign will be displayed on users devices logged in on that location.

When you finish with the configuration press  Save Campaign button.

Email Campaign Summary

When an email campaign is sent you will get Campaign summary on the same page.

Campaign Summary show Status, Date, total number of Users, number of Opens and number of unique Users.

A guest must give consent to receive intermittently emails containing discounts, coupons and the offers of your partners for advertising purposes.

For this feature, Contact permission should be enabled on the Splash page and users need to accept contact permission on their devices. 

Also, you have the ability to manually enable Contact permission on the user account.

A user can opt-out and disable permission, as well as delete or modify his personal data in the user profile accessible from the User profile page.
