Login on your Google account and go to to the Google API manager.
From Dashboard panel Enable API.
In Category list find Social APIs and click on People API.
Go to Credentials panel and from Create credentials select OAuth client ID.
Choose Web application as an application type and set Name.
In Authorized Javascript origins, field enter platform URL
https://wifihotspot.io
In Authorized redirect URLs field enter
https://wifihotspot.io/GoogleLoginExecute
Press Create button.
In the new window, you will see Client ID and Client Secret which you will enter in the Social Network Configure tab.
