Expand the Network

Additional hotspots can be added as the service grows.

To add another service area:

  1. Create or select the appropriate location.

  2. Add the new hotspot.

  3. Configure the supported network device.

  4. Configure the guest WiFi network.

  5. Assign the required Internet access plans.

  6. Configure the Splash Page and login method.

  7. Connect a test device.

  8. Verify authentication and Internet access.

  9. Confirm that the session appears under the correct location and hotspot.

Repeat the process when additional coverage areas are added.

Test User Access Across Hotspots

When the same user account should work at multiple hotspots, test the complete process before launching the service.

  1. Connect with a test account at the first hotspot.

  2. Confirm successful authentication and Internet access.

  3. Disconnect the test device.

  4. Connect to another hotspot included in the service.

  5. Authenticate using the same account.

  6. Confirm that the correct access limits are applied.

  7. Verify both sessions in the WiFi Hotspot dashboard.
